Derek’s portfolio spans a wide variety of projects, from master planning and corporate commercial build-to-suit to extensive work reinventing and/or recycling existing buildings. He is well versed in, and widely published on, the topic of Building Information Modeling (BIM), a process that allows building teams to virtually design, construct, and manage building environments.
