Andy Yeh, LEED AP
Managing Principal of Washington, DC Office
As a Principal of FOX Architects, Andy has been with the firm since its inception and currently manages the Washington, DC Office. His award-winning track record of design work includes championing the LEED Gold Certified for the FOX office and setting new heights by leading one of his global clients to achieve LEED Platinum Certified (13th in the nation). By working with a diverse range of clients to include end-user tenants as well as landlords to position buildings for leasing he understands both sides of the transaction. In addition to his design responsibilities to his clients, his leadership responsibilities include the operational, financial, and facilities management of the DC office, as well as strategic planning, budget, hiring/recruiting, and business development for the firm. Andy was recently named one of the top 35 under 35 real estate professionals in the Washington-metro region.

Andy recently donated his time to assist The Sitar Arts Center with strategic planning for their studio space. In addition, he participates in and supports Jubilee Support Alliance and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation throughout the year.
