Reno & Cavanaugh wanted a highly-flexible law office to reflect their lively, nontraditional workstyle — a theme they wanted to communicate to clients upon entering the space. The firm wanted an office that manifested a more egalitarian management structure and prioritized sustainability.
To maximize flexibility and reinforce the egalitarian atmosphere that Reno & Cavanaugh wanted, FOX Architects adopted a universal office size. We created a central hub of support services, including library, pantry, and copy area, making these services more accessible and promoting employee interaction. Instead of a formal receptionist desk, administrative staff welcome visitors and clients in an inviting seating area.
Exceeding the firm’s sustainability goals, our work achieved a LEED-Silver rating. Universally-sized offices support the Reno & Cavanaugh’s culture and management style, with industrial touches that signal the firm’s nontraditional, forward-thinking ethos.
