Candace shares her 28 years of experience in corporate office, government, higher education, aviation, residential and hospitality design, as the Director of Landlord Strategies and a mentor to the FOX designer staff. Candace works with projects from inception through construction, leading the design and consultant teams to ensure superior quality standards. Candace is focused on building relationships with building owners, management teams, and brokers, to share her team’s knowledge of Landlord Strategies and how to best position their assets for the future. Candace is proud of her work on repositioning amenity assets for Monument II, 975 Carrol Square, The Atrium Building, and 1771 N Street, as well as corporate office interior projects such as EMCOR and Stream Realty’s Headquarters.
