FOX Architects to Recycle an Existing Building into a Trophy Class Building at Dupont Circle

Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP’s planned departure from 1333 New Hampshire Ave. NW will kick off a major overhaul of its longtime Dupont Circle home. Its landlord, Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP), is in the early stages of planning a substantial repositioning of the nearly 40-year-old building as Akin Gump gears up for its planned move to Alexander Court come 2019.
