FOX ARCHITECTS HIRES NEW DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

WASHINGTON, DC (December 10, 2018) – FOX Architects, a fully-integrated architecture and interior design firm, announced today the appointment of Victoria Lanteigne as its Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Lanteigne will play an integral part in FOX Architects’ business strategy, leading all business development efforts and identifying opportunities to leverage the firm’s architecture and interiors disciplines through build-to-suit projects.

“We are very excited to have Victoria onboard to lead our business development effort, her background in education and public policy enables her to promote our architecture and design services to a wide range of audiences, said Bob Fox, Managing Principal, FOX Architects. Victoria’s expertise in Universal Design gives her a unique perspective into how we think as an integrated practice. Her approach provides a thoughtful and consistent logic to how we communicate bringing another dimension to our firm.”

Formerly, Lanteigne was the Accessibility Consulting Director for Steven Winter Associates, Inc. (SWA), where she led creative business development initiatives to grow the firm’s Accessibility, Universal Design, and Healthy Buildings portfolios. While at SWA, Lanteigne maintained a highly visible role that included speaking at national events, contributing to publications, and representing the firm across multiple industry associations.

Previously, Lanteigne was the Program Manager of Corporate Partnerships for The Equal Rights Center (ERC), a civil rights nonprofit in Washington, D.C. While at the ERC, Lanteigne launched the Corporate Partnerships Program to educate building industry professionals on the accessibility requirements of federal, state, and local laws and building codes.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the FOX Architects team and look forward to building upon the firm’s longstanding history of creating innovative environments through architecture and interior design,” said Lanteigne. “I’m excited to bring my expertise in WELL Building and Universal Design to the FOX Architects’ portfolio, particularly as the market demonstrates an increased interest in creating healthy and inclusive spaces for all building occupants.”

Lanteigne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan State University, and a Master of Public Policy from the George Washington University. She is a WELL Accredited Professional and serves as a WELL Faculty Member. Lanteigne works closely with the International WELL Building Institute as a member of the Community Advisory Committee, where she focuses on incorporating elements of Universal Design into the WELL Building Standard.
