ALX Community Coworking Operator Inks 15K-SF Lease in Alexandria

W.C. & A.N. Miller Development Co. and Avison Young have secured a 15,000-square-foot lease with Alexandria-based coworking operator ALX Community at The Atrium Building, a five-story Class A office building in Old Town Alexandria. The ALX Community space was designed by Fox Architects and will feature the elements of a boutique hotel with contemporary finishes.
