This independent, full-service public relations agency relocated their office space from a predominantly dark, un-welcome and un-efficient workspace that isolated their staff, to a space in a newly completed Class-A building. The Client’s goal was to create a work environment that would unify and connect their employees, accommodate their different client needs, as well as provide a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the Client wanted their workspace to convey a more affirmative image, one with high-integrity that was sophisticated and professional. The design solution and approach included designing a main passageway to unify either end of the office space with key support areas radiating off of this internal connector. This passageway connects the offices that were designed along the window-line. Design features were strategically designed throughout the space, not only unifying the space, but also signifying public areas.
