This national account with Strayer University began in 2004, with services to include developing, implementing and documenting standards to upgrade their academic campuses across the United States. The on-going commitment to this Client has provided them with opportunities to continue to recruit new students, as well as to increase their retention rates. The development of national standards provided value to Strayer as it further improved the quality of their educational facilities consistently across the country. The design concepts for these institutional facilities have included softening the spaces in order to convey a non-educational feel for their working students. In addition, an entry red feature wall to reinforce the Client’s branding elements was designed, and is now a standard design feature at each campus location. A typical campus facility contains classrooms, administrative offices, meeting rooms, computer labs, and student lounges with study areas.
