Arundel Preserve is a real estate development within an existing master plan located along the Milestone Parkway, near the intersection of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and Arundel Mills Boulevard in Hanover, Maryland. The development for Parcel #7 of Arundel Preserve includes a LEED-certified, seven-story office building and an adjacent above-ground parking structure of approximately 800 spaces. A motor-court drop-off and a covered pedestrian canopy provide a connection between the office building and parking garage. A “green space” courtyard opens at the building’s ground floor and provides screened views to the parking garage. The building’s facade includes a masonry skin with strip windows, juxtaposed with a lighter, more transparent window wall system. The expansion of this parcel significantly enhanced the Client’s overall growth potential in the Maryland area.
