Project Size: 155,000 sf Renovation with a 60,000 sf Addition

Design services for this 30 year old office building located in the heart of downtown will update it for the 21st century. Utilizing Transfer Development Rights, three floors will be added to the building’s roof.

Several subsequent renovations and upgrades to the existing building will follow including, updating the façade, windows, thermal performance, and systems infrastructure including the building core, public spaces, parking garage, and ground level tenant retail areas. The possibility of a canopy over the main entrance will revitalize the building’s street prescence.

Interior improvements will include restroom and elevator lobby renovations and the design of new elevator cabs. An accompanying analysis of the exsiting elevator service and mechanical systems will require coordination with appropriate engineers. Core building signage services will also be provided.
